Be a Wingman!

Trailwood dads and father-figures, there are still plenty of opportunities for you to volunteer this year as a Wingman!

Please consider taking a half-day or full-day out of your busy schedules and spending some time at Trailwood as a Wingman! This is a great opportunity to interact with the kids and see what they do every day!

Citizenship Writing Contest

**Calling all 5th and 6th graders!**

The PTA is proud to sponsor, support, and encourage our students in 5th and 6th grade to write an essay or poem on the selected theme for the Citizenship Writing Program. This theme changes every year and encourages students to think about Citizenship in a broad sense.

The 2025-2026 Citizenship Writing Program theme is: "What is Kindness and How Do I Show It"

5th and 6th grade students may submit an entry in poetry and/or essay format. The PTA does not limit the number of entries a student may submit.

The deadline for entries is December 5th, 2025. Questions and digital submissions/entry forms (PDF format) can be submitted to Terri Delimont at tdelimont@gmail.com. All physical completed submissions and signed entry forms are due to Shereen North in the Trailwood Elementary office by December 5th, 2025.
