Join Us for the Annual T-Bird Trot!

Kick off the school year with one of our favorite Thunderbird traditions! Join us on Friday, August 28 at 5:15 p.m. at the Trailwood Big Playground to warm up before the T-Bird Trot begins. We will run/walk through the neighborhood as a community, before gathering back together at Trailwood for food and fun!

Stick around for a community celebration featuring complimentary bananas, cookies, and a dance party! The event wraps up by 7:00 p.m., so you'll still have plenty of time to catch the Chiefs game.

Registration

The T-Bird Trot is FREE for all Trailwood families! Please register in advance below, so we can plan accordingly and keep you updated with event information.


Dinner & T-Shirts

Make it a full evening of fun with dinner, music, dancing, and time to play on the playground.

  • Optional Chick-fil-A dinners are available by advance order only through August 19th. No food will be available for purchase at the event.
  • Commemorative T-Bird Trot T-shirts are available for just $10 through Aug. 19th.


Volunteers Needed

Help make this event a success! We're looking for volunteers to assist with setup, food service, and other event activities.
