2024 Trailwood PTA Auction
Preparations for Trailwood's biggest fundraiser, the annual PTA Auction, are underway! We hope you'll join us on March 23rd at 6:00 pm at the Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center. We'd love for you to be part of this amazing event dedicated to supporting the students, staff, teachers and families of Trailwood Elementary!
Tickets are $50 per person and include dinner, dessert, two beverage tickets and one souvenir cup. Your purchase helps our PTA fund numerous programs at Trailwood, such as educational field trips, cultural arts assemblies, teacher classroom stipends, fun community events, and so much more! Ticket prices increase on March 18th, so order yours today!
Never been to a Trailwood Auction before and wondering what to expect? This adults-only event is a great opportunity to mingle with other parents, enjoy some great food and drinks and bid on both silent and live auction items to benefit our school. While you don't have to be present at the event to bid on silent auction items online, we would love for you to join us! Our theme this year is "We Love the 90's." You are welcome to dress up in your favorite 90's attire or just show up in whatever you would wear on a casual night out. This event is all about having a great time with your fellow Trailwood parents/guardians and supporting our amazing school!

Travis Kelce Signed Helmet Raffle
Starting March 13th, you'll have the chance to purchase a $25 raffle ticket to own this item signed by a three-time Super Bowl champ (and Taylor Swift's boyfriend)! Tickets will be available for purchase online here starting March 13th through noon on March 21st and then again at the event. We will draw a winner at the auction. You do not need to be present to win.
Parking Spots
Want to own your very own front-row parking spot for the 2024-2025 school year? Decide on your highest bid and send it to Lindsay Weiss at lindsayweiss3@gmail.com. The top six bidders will see their name on a front row spot next August! Bidding for this item is available NOW through March 23rd at noon!

Silent Auction Items
We have been working hard over the past few months to collect donations from local businesses that you may bid on both before and during the auction. Classroom Artwork
Your children have been working hard with their classmates to create some fun works of art over the past few weeks, and the originals will be available for bidding before and during the auction! All pieces will also be on display during the auction! If you're not able to snag one of the originals, never fear! Smaller prints of each classroom's piece will be available for purchase after the event. Take a look at them here.
Kid and Adult Parties
Thanks to our gracious parent hosts, you may purchase tickets to grade level kid parties and themed adult parties. Our adult parties this year include some of our favorites, including the Progressive Dinner, Poker Night and Senioritas and Sangrias! Many of these parties do sell out, so don't miss your chance to enjoy a fun night out with your fellow Trailwood parents! Tickets to these events are listed on the bidding website, but they are fixed-price items. Parties are available for purchase now here!
Grade Level Themed Gift Baskets
Each grade level has been working to put together amazing themed baskets that can be yours to take home after the auction. We have some amazing themes this year, including Summer Fun, Personal Fitness, Driveway Firepit Night, Kansas City Swag, 90's Gear, Wine Date Night and, of course, Taylor Swift! Check them out here.
